Shane Lowry had a funny break from a practice round at the Ryder Cup today when one fan threw the age-old Mayo 4 Sam question at him.
The Offaly man, who is a huge GAA supporter, was signing autographs for fans in Rome when one of them popped the question: "Mayo 4 Sam, yes or no?"
Lowry initially sighed before saying, "I feel for you, I feel for you." He clearly knows the torture Mayo GAA fans have been through with multiple lost finals and no All-Ireland title since 1951.
The fans laughed it off as Shane moved on to the next hole.
