The house exudes regality - with former staff quarters and a cook’s kitchen located on the grounds to this day.

The property was known as the Country House Hotel up until 2017.

Amenities

Fishing enthusiasts will delight in the fact that the property has exclusive fly-fishing rights to eight miles of the Black Oak River, where wild salmon, grilse and seatrout can be caught.

The house is also situated next to the Greenway and the famous Newport church which features beautiful stained glass by the renowned Jackie Clarke.

The listing reads that the house is “Cloaked in a veil of magnificent Virginia Creeper, the house is transformed towards late Summer by a crimson burst of colour enhancing its beauty and architectural splendour.”
