Starting off dry with some brighter spells in Donegal today.
However, cloud will increase early on this morning, and it'll turn rather wet and windy for a time, as rain moves in from the southwest.
From the afternoon, sunny spells and showers to follow, some heavy at times. Highest temperatures of 14 to 16 degrees in fresh to strong southeast winds, gusty at times along Atlantic coasts.
Wet and windy tonight with showers and longer spells of rain, heavy at times. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees, coolest in the northwest of the province. Light to moderate southerly winds, strong at times on eastern coasts.
Widespread showers with some heavy and possibly thundery downpours at times, then tomorrow, Monday. Showers will gradually ease and become more isolated through the late afternoon and evening. Highest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees in moderate to strong westerly winds, reaching near gale force strength and gusty at times along Atlantic coasts.
