Outbreaks of rain in Donegal today before a drier, brighter afternoon

Today will be mild, breezy, humid and mostly cloudy across Donegal with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, especially through the morning.

Some drier, brighter intervals will develop in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees with moderate to fresh, gusty southwest winds.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with patchy rain and drizzle for a time. It will become mainly dry overnight as rain and drizzle clear to the east. Some clear intervals will follow. Mist patches may develop as moderate southwesterly winds ease. Mild with lowest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees.

Friday morning will be mainly dry with a fair amount of cloud and some sunny breaks. Scattered showers will develop in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 16 to 18 degrees with light to moderate west to southwest breezes.
