Met Éireann has issued updates regarding this Saturday's (December 9) Storm Elin.

Status Orange - Wind warning for Wicklow

Storm Elin will generate gale force west to northwest winds and severe gusts, causing disruption and travelling difficulties.

Status Orange - Wind warning for Dublin

Storm Elin will generate gale force west to northwest winds and severe gusts, causing disruption and travelling difficulties.

Valid: 12:00 Saturday 09/12/2023 to 15:00 Saturday 09/12/2023

Status Orange - Wind warning for Donegal

Storm Elin will generate gale force west to northwest winds and severe gusts. Disruption and travelling difficulties, with the potential too for wave overtoppping.

Status Yellow - Wind warning for Clare, Tipperary, Connacht
