The UEFA Champions League trophy
Manchester City FC has announced that they will be bringing their global Treble Trophy Tour to Donegal next weekend.
As part of this world tour to celebrate the historic season, all five trophies won by the club will be on display for fans to see at the Villa Rose Hotel on Friday, March 8 from 6-7pm with club and Irish international legend Richard Dunne in attendance.
The tour will also be in Belfast and Dublin next weekend before embarking on their trip to South Africa.
Following successful trophy tours in previous years Manchester City has been taking the Premier League trophy, FA Cup and – for the first time in the Club’s history – the Champions League trophy to fans in more countries than ever before.
This year’s tour began in Manchester, before heading to Japan and Korea as part of City’s pre-season tour in Asia.
The trophies then made their way to Greece, China, India, Australia, the UAE, Norway, Argentina, America and Brazil plus many other destinations.
