Letterkenny Rovers clinched the TDA Repairs Division 1 title last season following a home win over Donegal Town FC
A 2-0 win for Fanad United over Bonagee United at Traigh-a-Loch tonight means that Letterkenny Rovers are on the cusp of clinching the Donegal League Premier Division title.
Goals from former Bonagee player Peter Carr, on 40 minutes, and Adam Carr on 53 sealed the victory with Jack Parke sent off in the second half for the visitors.

Defeat for Bonagee leaves them six points behind Letterkenny, with two more games played. Stephen McConnell's Letterkenny have four to play, so a win at Rathmullan Celtic at Flagpole Park on Sunday will be enough to take the title to Leckview. It will be their third league title in four seasons, having won Division 2 in 2021/22 and Division 1 last season.
Letterkenny are currently on 38 points from 14 games, with Bonagee out of the running on 32 from 16 and Kildrum Tigers - the only other side who can still win the title - are third with 28 from 14. Letterkenny Rovers and Kildrum, who drew both their Premier Division clashes 0-0 this term, are due to meet in the final of the Ulster Junior Cup.
