The UEFA Europa League Final is taking place in Dublin's Aviva Stadium for the 2023/24 season. 2011 marked the last time the Europa League Final was held in the Irish capital with Porto claiming the cup on that occasion.

Liverpool supporters based in Ireland will be keen for the Merseyside club to make it to this year's final in May - which could be Jürgen Klopp's final game as Reds boss.

Other household clubs, such as Italian sides AC Milan and AS Roma, remain in the competition while English outfits Brighton and West Ham will compete in the Round of 16.

Bundesliga table-toppers Bayer Leverkusen will also be in the draw for the last 16. They are managed by former Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso, the current favourite to replace Klopp at the end of the season.

EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL DATE

The 2024 final is set for May 22 in the Aviva Stadium.
