Kilmacrennan's Richard Kerr was in action at the 10th round of the British Superbike Championships at Oulton Park at the weekend.

Kerr has been competing in America this year but got the opportunity to compete in the Premier class of the BSB for last few rounds.

This time, Kerr joined forces with the IWR Honda team to compete on the Pathway Fireblade.

It was a very impressive first outing on the Honda as Kerr recorded a 16th, 18th and a superb 12th place finish in race three.

He was up as high as fifth before the reds flags came out to halt proceedings as debris from another crash needed cleared up.

A very impressive debut on the IWR Honda also secured two wins in the Pathway class.

Kerr's next out will be in the us in just under two weeks' time when he will compete in the final round of the Moto America Superstock Championship where he currently remains in sixth position.
