Letterkenny AC achieved two podium finishes at the Dromore 10km Road Race at the weekend with Danny Mooney and Eoghain McGinley finishing in first and second place respectively. 

The Dromore Road Race, in association with Dromore 2000 and Dromore Sports Complex in Tyrone returned for its annual 5km and 10km race at the weekend with all proceeds going to charity. 

The race is affiliated to Athletics Northern Ireland and is celebrating its 15th year. 

Mooney, from the Letterkenny club, raced home and looked imperious as he crossed the finish line in fine form in 33:18 to take first place, followed closely by Eoghain McGinley in 33:36 to take second while Philip McHugh finished in 35:25 taking fourth place.
