Letterkenny jockey Dylan Browne-McMonagle will compete at the Breeders Cup this weekend.
Browne-McMonagle is set to saddle Lumiere Rock at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California.
The Donegal man will be aboard the Josep O’Brien-trained mount for the Breeders Cup Filly and Mares Turf.
At the Curragh in September, Browne-McMonagle won the Moyglare Jewels Blanford Stakes (G2) on the Michael O’Flynn-owned horse.
In August, Browne-McMonagle rode his 200th career winner and has 59 winners in Ireland so far in 2023.
The Champion Apprentice in 2021 and 2022, Browne-McMonagle will spend this winter in Australia, where he’ll ride for Ciaron Maher, a Melbourne Cup-winning trainer.
