Dylan Browne-McMonagle and Jody Townend
Letterkenny jockey Dylan Browne-McMonagle has become a brand ambassador for Naas Racecourse as part of a new sponsorship deal.
Young riders Browne-McMonagle and Jody Townend have been signed on similar deals,.
Browne-McMonagle is the reigning Irish Champion Apprentice Jockey and has set his stall out as a name to watch on the international flat racing scene.
He has made a name for himself over the last few seasons riding predominantly for Joseph O'Brien, having Group 1 glory aboard Al Riffa in 2022 was his first of many top tier successes.
“Last year was a huge year for me and to get the backing and support of Naas Racecourse gives me the perfect springboard to continue into the 2023 season,” he said.
“Naas has always been one of my favourite tracks, I have had some great days there including being crowned Champion Apprentice twice at the track.
“It's already shaping up to be an exciting turf season and hopefully this year will be filled with more highlights.
“I'm grateful to Naas for their support and look forward to representing them in Ireland, the UK and around the world.”
