'Shocking behaviour' - Gardaí clock motorcyclist doing double the speed limit on busy road

Gardaí clocked a motorcyclist travelling at double the speed limit on a busy Irish road in broad daylight over the weekend. 

The high-powered BMW motorbike was nabbed by gardaí after being clocked doing 200km/h on the N21 between Limerick and Tralee, where the speed limit is 100km/h. 

Taking to social media, gardaí said: "Kerry R.P.U. arrested the driver of this motorcycle today for dangerous driving.

"Driver observed driving at speeds upto 200km/hr on the N21.

"Driver charged with dangerous driving and faces a mandatory 2 year disqualification if convicted," it concluded.
