Lee Slattery murder: Man released without charge as investigation continues

A man who was arrested as part of the investigation into the murder of Lee Slattery, has been released without charge.

The man, aged in his 30s, was arrested on Tuesday, May 28.

The body of Lee Slattery, 24, was discovered on the Delmege House estate near Moyross on May 31, 2010.

To date, 24 arrests have been made in connection with the investigation.

Gardaí continue to appeal to anyone with information to contact the incident room at Mayorstone Garda Station at 061 456 980, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.

Investigations are ongoing.
