A status yellow weather warning has been issued for warning for 19 counties
MET Éireann has issued another status yellow thunderstorm and rainfall warning for most of the country.
The warning, which was issued shortly before 11am this Monday morning, is valid for 19 counties and remains in place until 10pm.
The forecaster says "scattered heavy showers are expected, with thunderstorms and hail possible".
The possible impacts include spot flooding poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.

The latest weather warning, the second in less than 24 hours applies to Clare, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, Cavan, Monaghan, Leitrim and all of Leinster
Motorists and other road users are being urged to exercise caution if travelling during any bad weather.
