Free postcards will be available at every post office in Ireland this week.
An Post is getting into the St Patrick's Day spirit by providing the postcards to customers in every branch from tomorrow (Tuesday March 14) to send to family and friends internationally.
The postcards' striking design will feature illustrations from the Book of Kells, reflecting An Post's limited edition St Patrick's Day 2023 stamps.
The Irish greeting ‘Lá Fhéile Pádraig Sona Duit’ (Happy St. Patrick’s Day) is emblazoned across the top of the postcard, ensuring that the ‘cúpla focal’ are seen by Irish diaspora and fans of Irish culture across the world alike.
Commercial Marketing Director for An Post Mails and Parcels, Julie Gill, said, "St. Patrick’s Day is a time for celebration, and is the perfect opportunity to connect with people near and far. Our free postcards are a fantastic way to send a message from home to friends and family in Ireland and abroad."
The postcards are also included with online orders at anpost.com/shop.
