An unaccompanied learner driver has been handed penalty points and a court summons for multiple offences.
Gardaí in Co Louth detected the uninsured vehicle via the recently rolled out ANPR and mobile app.
The driver of the car was unaccompanied with a learner permit and had no tax nor insurance.
The car was seized and the driver was dealt both fines and a court summons for the offences.
