Traffic delays are to be expected as news that a section of Dublin tunnel will temporarily closed has been announced.
Motorists are advised that the outbound-right gate of the tunnel, which forms part of the M50 motorway, will be closed for maintenance works for two weeks.

It has closed already, from May 23 to June 4, which will likely disrupt traffic at times as there will be longer waits to exit.

The right toll gate as you exit the Dublin Tunnel inbound is now closed for maintenance, and will be for two weeks. Expect delays. The outbound-right gate remains closed.

The tunnel is part of the M50 motorway and completes the northern part of the C-Ring around Dublin city.
