Danny had a very special graduation day with his new front-line colleagues including the fire service, coast guard service and ambulance personnel
An Garda Siochana have expressed their delight at welcoming their latest recruit.
Hononary Garda Danny McLaughlin from Trentagh graduated over the weekend and was made feel right at home with his new colleagues.
"We were delighted to officially welcome Hononary Garda Danny into An Garda Síochána," they posted. "Danny had a very special graduation day with his new front-line colleagues including the fire service, coast guard service and ambulance personnel along with his family and friends. H/Garda Danny was presented with his certificate by Sergeant Gráinne McLoone and Sergeant Charlene Anderson.
