Claire Boyce (née O’Donnell), Gortree, Newtowncunningham

The death has occurred of Claire Boyce (née O’Donnell), Gortree, Newtowncunningham, F93 N2VW. Peacefully at her late residence surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by husband, James (2011), daughter Kathleen, grandchildren Gary & Mary Bernadette RIP.

Deeply regretted by son's Philip, Andrew (Pam), Seamus (Josephine), Anthony (Mary) & Paddy (Caroline), daughters, Evelyn (Eunan), Barbara (Michael), Jackie, Noeleen (Denis), Anne & son-in-law Edward. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, great grandchildren extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Claire's remains will repose at her late residence today July 22 from 3pm. Funeral Mass in All Saints Church, Newtowncunningham on Wednesday July 24 at 11am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

James Anthony Callaghan, Malin

The death has occurred of James Anthony Callaghan, Carrowmore, Malin, F93 F654. Beloved husband of Roisin.

Much loved Father of Geraldine (Paul). A devoted Grandfather of Dermott and Stephen.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his Sisters and Brothers, Nieces and Nephews, Wider Family Circle, Friends and Neighbours. James Anthony's remains are now reposing his home, where you are all welcome to pay your respects.

Funeral from there at 10.20am on Thursday morning July 25 for 11am Funeral Mass in St Mary's Church, Lagg followed by Interment in Lagg graveyard.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Alzheimer's Association of Ireland c/o any family member or Eamonn McLaughlin Funeral Director. Family time from 11pm to 11am.

Ann Casey, Bundoran / Garrison Co Fermanagh

The death has occurred peacefully of Ann Casey, 17, Tullan Strand Rd. Bundoran and late of Carran West, Garrison Co. Fermanagh.

Remains will repose at the residence of her niece Siobhan (Gerry) Sheerin, Wardhouse, Tullaghan, Co. Leitrim F91 Y4N2 on Tuesday from 1pm to 9pm with removal on Wednesday to Mary Queen of Peace Church, Garrison for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu if desired to Ballyshannon Community Nursing Unit c/o any family member or Peter Carty Funeral Director Garrison.

Loved beyond measure and sadly missed by her loving sisters Marie, Joanie and Nuala, her beloved nieces and nephews, her cherished grandnieces and grandnephews and her special great grandnephew Ruairi Ignatius. 

Marie Cassidy, Mayo / Letterkenny

The death has occurred of Marie Cassidy, Derryronane, Swinford, Mayo / Letterkenny, Donegal.

Peacefully in tender care of Mayo Hospice, Castlebar. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Susan.

Marie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her children Michael, Gerard and Donna, son-law Liam, daughters-in-law Kelly and Catherine and her adored grandchildren Conor, Joseph, Seán, Aaron, Aoife, Cillian, Rory and Lorcan, brothers Paul and Michael, sisters Anne and Susan and all of her extended and much loved family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Boland's Funeral Home, Swinford (F12K122) this Tuesday evening, July 23 from 5-7 with removal to St. Celsus' Church, Kilkelly, to arrive at 8pm.

Funeral Mass this Wednesday morning, July 24 at 12noon in St. Celsus' Church, Kilkelly, burial immediately afterwards in Bushfield Cemetery.

Gracie Mc Clafferty, Tory Island

The death has occurred in Letterkenny University Hospital of Gracie (Gráinne) Mc Clafferty, Tory Island.

Predeceased by her husband John Joe, she is survived by her daughters Siobhan, Donna and Veronica, Grandchildren, in-laws and a circle of family and friends.

Her remains will leave Magheroarty Pier on Monday the 22nd at 4.30pm going to her residence on Tory Island.

Jim Larkin, Letterkenny and London

The death of Jim (James) Larkin, Shepherds Bush, London, formerly of Lower Main Street, Letterkenny. Jim passed away peacefully at home with his loving children present, after an extended period of poor health.

Adored father to Caroline, Amanda and Alan and grandfather to Erin, Lea and Chloe; much loved by Nath, Gavin and Damian and siblings Jack Larkin and wife Marian, Elsie Cavalli, Terry Larkin, Adrian Larkin, Kevin Larkin, Louie Breslin and husband Barney, Joan McGettigan and husband John, and Brendan Larkin.

Jim will be sadly missed by his in-laws Gerry and Chrissie Kenny, Vera and Phil Dapas and Rita Dolan, godchildren Jenny MacDonald and Paul James, nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours. He is predeceased by his loving wife Laura, his beloved parents Mary Ellen and Jack, siblings Frances Larkin, Dorothy Scudi, Billy Larkin, Celie Whitmore, Al Larkin and Sr Marian Larkin.

Jim's remains will repose in Barnes and Hicks, 123 Askew Road, Shepherds Bush, London, W12 9AU on Thursday from 1pm till 3pm.

Removal to the Holy Ghost and St Stephen Church, Ashchurch Grove, London, W12 9BU at 10.45am with Requiem Mass at 11am on Friday. Burial will take place afterwards at Mortlake Cemetery, Clifford Avenue, London, SW14 7BU.

Claire Boyce, Newtowncunningham

The death has taken place peacefully at her late residence surrounded by her loving family, of Claire Boyce, née O'Donnell, Gortree, Newtowncunningham, F93 N2VW.

Tommy Patton, Stranorlar

The death has taken place peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, of Thomas (Tommy) Patton, 14 Glebe Hollow, Stranorlar, F93 DA50.

Beloved husband of Marie, much loved father of Jason,(Chrissie) Sean T, (Sarah), Charlene, (Hugh) cherished brother of Josie, Tony, Jimmy, Norry, Bride, Maureen and the late John. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, brothers, sisters, brother and sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

His remains are reposing at his late residence. Family time from 10pm to 11am and on the morning of the funeral.

Grace Mc Fadden, Falcarragh

The death has occured in Letterkenny University Hospital of Grace Mc Fadden, Ballyboes, Falcarragh, F92 W9H6.

Predeceased by her mother and father Kitty and Manus, sisters Nancy, Sarah, Betty and Nellie, brothers Joe, Tony and John, she is sadly missed by her brother Jimmy (Glasgow), nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.

Reposal of her remains continues at her home in Ballyboes on Monday from 1pm, with removal to St Finian's Church Falcarragh on Monday evening for 7pm to repose overnight.

Nancy Friel, Milford

The death has taken place peacefully in Áras Uí Dhomhnaill Nursing Home, of Nancy Friel, née Barrett, The Lagg, Milford.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, sons Willie, Jimmy, Fergus and Malachy, daughters Hilary and Tara, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Jackie, Billy, Danny and Eamon, sisters Rita, Hilary and Shirley, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her husband Hughie, daughters Susan and Michelle.

Her remains are reposing at the residence of her daughter Tara Friel, The Lagg, Milford, F92 H365. Those attending the wake between 5pm and 10pm should park at the Milford Mart and a bus will be provided from there. Family time from 10pm until 10am and on the morning of the funeral.

Funeral Mass takes place on Tuesday at 11am in St Peter’s Church, Milford with burial afterwards in Milford Cemetery. Mass can be viewed at https://www.churchservices.tv/milford
