At a packed Radisson Blu Hotel in Letterkenny on Sunday, First Minister Michelle O’Neill officially launched Donegal Sinn Féin’s local election campaign.

Sinn Féin will be running the biggest team ever for the elections to Donegal County Council with 18 candidates across the county.



With less than three weeks to go before the local and European elections on June 7, hundreds gathered to hear the First Minister give a keynote speech.

European election candidate Chris Mac Manus also gave a speech outlining, among other things, his desire to address rural decline and regional imbalance. Also in attendance were Deputies Pearse Doherty and Pádraig Mac Lochlainn.
