A sunny Saturday is forecast for Donegal

The sunny weather is set to stay in Donegal today, Met Éireann say.

Mist and fog patches will clear and today will be another warm and mostly dry day with good sunny spells.

Cloud will increase in the evening and a few showers may develop in the west of the province. Highest temperatures of 19 to 22 degrees with moderate southerly winds.

On Saturday night cloud will increase and showers will develop overnight, mainly over the western half of the country.

Lowest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees with light variable breezes.

The weather is expected to turning more unsettled from Sunday onwards with rain and showers at times.
