Contract for construction of 21 social homes signed at Windyhall, Letterkenny

Donegal County Council and McHugh Bros (Builders) Ltd. have signed a turnkey acquisition contract for the construction of 21 social homes at Windyhall, Letterkenny.

This scheme comprises 12 one-bedroom apartments, 1 two-bedroom apartment and 8, three-bedroom apartments. 

The programme for the project will see the development completed by the end of 2025 and work is due to start this month.
