Hannah Mofflin (née McLaughlin), Ballyliffin
The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Hannah Mofflin née McLaughlin, Carrickabraghey House, Shore Road, Ballyliffin, F93XD58.
Loving wife of Bill, beloved mother of Kelly and her partner Denis. Devoted grandmother of Maya, Cassie and Flynn.
Loving sister of Bridie, Rose, and the late Denis, John and Vincent.
Her remains will repose at her home today Saturday April 27 from 12noon.
Funeral leaving from there on Monday April 29 at 10.45am, going to The Oratory, Ballyliffin for Requiem Mass at 11am, with burial afterwards in the new cemetery, Clonmany
House private please, family, friends and neighbours welcome, until 10pm both nights.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Donegal Hospice c/o any family member or Comiskey Funeral Directors.
Elizabeth Porter (Betty), Buncrana
The death has taken place of Elizabeth Porter (Betty) of Glebe Linsfort, Buncrana.
She died peacefully at home, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Deeply saddened by her passing are son Michael, daughters Belinda, Sharon and Emma; Son-in-law Patsy, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
Sadly missed are sisters Monica and Patsy, sister-in-law Rois and Chris, nieces and nephews, friends &neighbours.
Betty is reposing at her late residence.
Removal from there on Saturday at 10.15am travelling to Star of the Sea, Desertegney for 11am Requiem Mass with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
House private please from 11pm to 11am.
Winnie Golden, Frosses and Galway
The death has taken place of Winifred (Winnie) Golden, née Gohery, of Ballymacahill, Frosses, and formerly of Gurrane, Tynagh, Galway. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Seamus and partner Joe, she is sadly missed by her loving daughters, son, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren brothers, sister and extended family and friends.
Private cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass for Winifred will take place at a later date.
Mary Bogle, Raphoe
The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University hospital of Mary Bogle, 230 St Eunan’s Terrace, Raphoe.
Predeceased by her husband Jimmy, sons Gerard and John; beloved mother of William, Seamus, Rita, Theresa, Marian, Mark and Rodney. Mary will be deeply missed and remembered with love by her sister Rose, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, partners, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and the wider family circle.
Mary’s remains are reposing at her home. Family time please on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral leaving from there on Saturday at 2.45pm for 3pm Requiem Mass in St Eunan’s Church, Raphoe followed by burial in the family plot in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to medical 4 Letterkenny University hospital care of any family member or Terence McClintock Funeral Director.
Tony Diver, Stranorlar
The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Tony Diver, Greenhills, Dunwiley, Stranorlar, F93 W25D.
Beloved husband of Nora, much loved father to Margaret, Jim (Elaine), Ann (Sean), Liam (Carmel), Assumpta (Matthew), Noeleen (Danny), Sean, Kay (Brian), and Martin. dearly loved grandfather of 18, Anthony, Thomas, Donna, Catherine, Darren, Leanne, Lauren, Reece, Ronan, Jordan, Jamie, John, Olivia, Niall, Anthony, Daniel, Caitlin, and Kayla, six great-grandchildren, cherished brother of Gerard and the late Jim, Tina, Vera, Elizabeth, Mary, Bridie, Packie, and Rose. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, brother, nephews, nieces, sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, neighbors and friends.
His remains are reposing at his late residence. Family time on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral leaving his residence on Saturday at 10.20am for Requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar at 11am.

Tom Murphy, Dunkineely and Carlow
The death has taken place peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, in his 92nd year, of Tom Murphy, Main Street, Dunkineely, F94 V61H and Borris, County Carlow.
Predeceased by his loving wife Brid, his parents, his uncle Johnny and brothers and sister, Tom is sadly missed by his daughter Marie and sons Seamus and Gregory, daughter-in-law, Donna and son-in-law, Tony, his adoring grandchildren Bridin, Anna, Aisling, Thomas and Lucy, his brothers Greg and Jim, his sisters Anne and Nora, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Remains reposed at his residence. House private on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in the Church of St Joseph and St Conal, Bruckless, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed live on Bruckless Church St Joseph and St Conal.
Kathleen Callaghan, Philadelphia and Letterkenny
The death has occurred of Kathleen Callaghan, née Crossan, of Philadelphia, formerly of Trentagh, Letterkenny, who passed away peacefully on February 3, 2024 at home surrounded by family.
Kathleen is survived by her loving children Aidan, Shane (Caoimhe) and Kevin, her grandchildren Eoin, Ger, Emmett, Fiontan and Abigail Callaghan. Also survived by her siblings Carmel Boyce (Barney), Patsy Crossan (Pauline), Ann Marie Boyce (The late Joseph), Daniel Crossan, John Crossan (Monica), Bernadette O'Donnell (Daniel), Josephine Callaghan (The late Kiernan) and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Gabriel Callaghan, her father Connell Crossan and her mother Sadie Crossan, her grandson Liam Michael Callaghan, her brother Jim Crossan, brother-in-law, Joseph Boyce and Kieran Callaghan, sisters-in-law, Helen Crossan and Elizabeth Crossan Murtha.
Her remains are reposing at her former home, the residence of Patsy and Pauline Crossan (Trentagh).

Margaret Bohan, Carrick and Kilcar
The peaceful death has occurred of Margaret Bohan, née Haughey, in Harbour Lights, Killybegs.
Sadly missed and deeply regretted by her loving brothers Francis and Tommy, her sisters-in-law, Mary and Hannah, her nieces and nephews, Fionuala (Goddaughter), Tom, Frank, Maggie, Deirdre, John, Anne, Gretta, Breeda and Eva, her grand nieces and nephews, her extended family, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by her loving husband Peter Bohan and nephews Michael and Seamus.
Her remains reposing at her niece's residence Deidre Lyons, last evening. House private from 11pm until 11am.
Removal from there on Saturday at 12.45pm going to St Cartha's Church, Kilcar for 1pm Mass with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. The funeral Mass can be viewed on the parish webcam.
