Lena (Catherine) McCarron, Buncrana
The death has occurred in Nazareth House, Fahan of Lena (Catherine) McCarron of 9 Marian Park, Buncrana.
Wife of the late Barney (Bernard) McCarron R.I.P. and dear mother of Gabrielle, Noreen, Patrick, Brian, Marie, Claire, Michelle, Paul and the late Breedge and Fergal R.I.P. Sadly missed by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, family circle and friends.
Remains reposing at her residence from 6pm this evening, Wednesday April 24.
Funeral from there at 9.20am on Friday morning April 26 going to St Mary’s Oratory, Buncrana for 10am requiem mass with burial afterwards in Cockhill cemetery.
Family time from 10pm until 11am. Family flowers only donations if desired to Alzheimer’s Society c/o any family member.
Margaret Kelly, Termon
The peaceful death has occurred of Margaret Kelly at her home, Stragraddy, Termon, F92DV52.
Preceded by her husband John. Margaret is survived by her sons Danny and Noel, her daughters Marion, Maeve, Margo and Bried, her daughter in law Anne, her sons in law Danny Phillip, Paul and John, her granddaughters Aine, Orla, Cara, Leah, Ellie and Niamh, her cousin Jim McGettigan and his family.
Remains will repose at her home today Wednesday April 24 at 11am.
Funeral to St Columba’s Church, Termon on Friday April 26 at 11am with burial afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.
House private from 11pm to 11am.
Nora Stevens (née Gallagher), Kinlough
The death has occurred of Nora Stevens (née Gallagher), Kinlough, Co. Leitrim and formerly Salford Lancs. April 22 2024. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Ballyshannon Community Nursing Unit.
Nora's remains will repose at Gilmartin's Funeral Home, Kinlough on Thursday evening from 7-9pm. All are welcome. Removal of remains on Friday morning to St. Aidan's Church for 11am Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in St. Aidan's Cemetery.
Nora, beloved wife of the late Don and adored mother of Gerard and Kieran, loving grandmother of Anna,Jenny, jack, Alex, Laura and Isabelle. Nora will be sadly missed by her sons, grandchildren, her daughters in-law Jilly and Jennifer, her sister in law Betty and all her Gallagher nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends. Nora is predeceased by her parents Red John and Anne Gallagher (Mullinaleck) and her brothers Seamus, Paudge, and Thomas.

Barney McMonagle, Roscommon and Cloghan
The death has occurred of Bernard (Barney) McMonagle, Cloonlee, Ballinlough, County Roscommon and formerly of Leeds, UK and Brockagh, Cloghan.
Predeceased by his wife Maureen, daughter Marie, son-in-law John Galvin, brother-in-law Michael Raftery. Sadly, missed by his daughters Angela Regan (Loughglynn), Geraldine Gill (Ballinlough) and his son Shaun (Leeds), sons-in-law Michael and Enda, and his daughter-in-law Michelle, his grandchildren Eibhlin, Siobhan, Caitriona, Declan, Lorcan, Emer, Ciara, Finn, Shay and Orlaith, brothers Cormac and Eddie (Brockagh, Donegal), sister Peggy Moy (Leeds), brother-in-law Neilie, sisters-in-law Margaret and Maureen, cousins relatives and friends.
His remains are reposing at McDonagh’s Funeral Home, Castlerea.
Funeral arriving at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Ballinlough, on Wednesday at 12 noon, followed by burial in Ballinlough Cemetery. Barney's funeral Mass will be live-streamed via www.mcdonaghfuneraldirectors.ie/live-stream
