Developers behind unfinished housing estate in Donegal seek council approval to finish

A planning application seeking approval to complete an unfinished estate in Donegal has been submitted to the county council.

Danielle McCauley of DMR Developments submitted the application to Donegal County Council this week (February 28).

If approved, 38 dwellings will be constructed at the site in Lisnennan, Letterkenny, consisting of 20 single dwellings and 18 semi-detached dwellings (as previously granted).

It will also include connection to all existing services already on site including sewer pipe network, surface water pipe network, water main, footpaths, kerbing and roadways.

A decision on the application is expected in April 2024.
