Matthew Sharkey, Liam Doherty, Cathal Rodgers and Kevin McGarvey, Final Year BSc (Hons) Construction Management students successfully won gold for the first time.

As part of the challenge, each of the seven participating teams was given a brief to analyse and report on a construction project to develop a commercial building. Three-and-a-half hours were assigned to carry out their analysis and to prepare a comprehensive management report.  This was followed by a presentation by each team to outline their proposal and challenging questions from the panel of six judges, made up of construction professionals from the industry.

Special thanks to their lecturers, Antoin MacGabhann and Anthony McElwee, who provided great guidance in preparation for the event to the students.
