De Exeter House in Termon has been put up for rent
De Exeter House, a purpose built residential rehabilitation centre in Termon, has been put on the market for rent.
The 400 square metre property was built in 2010 and was the first private residential addiction treatment centre in the north west.
De Exeter House is located around 4.5km from Kilmacrennan and has provided care for mental health illness, stress management and addiction needs.
De Exeter House was founded by Angela Maguire and described as ‘a day and residential addiction and mental health treatment facility’.
It was recently entered for rent by Brendan McGlynn Associates.
The building includes six en-suite bedrooms, staff rooms and an office. The gated exterior includes an ‘attractive enclosed garden with parking patio and electric gates’.
‘Suitable for a wide range of residential care or similar settings,’ says the advertisement. Viewing is strictly by prior appointment and the property can be seen here.
The building includes oil-fired zoned central heating with supplementary open fires.
Among its features are disability access stair lifts, a large capacity domestic water tank with solar collector and PVC double glazed windows and doors.
