Letterkenny University Hospital
A bomb scare at Letterkenny University Hospital on Tuesday night was declared a hoax.
Gardai responded to reports of a potential suspicious device at the hospital.
At around 11.30pm, officers attended the scene.
“Following a search of the area and further enquiries, no such device was located,” a Garda spokesperson told Donegal Live.
It is not understood that staff and patients were alerted to the potential threat.
