A resident had their car parked on the grounds of the apartment block overnight
Gardaí are investigating a criminal damage incident that occurred at the Celtic Apartments on the Pearse Road, Letterkenny, between 11.30pm on Thursday, April 20, and 6.20am on Friday, April 21.
A resident had their car parked on the grounds of the apartment block overnight only to discover the following morning that the driver’s side window had been smashed and the ignition had been tampered with and damaged.
"We appeal to anybody who may have seen any sort of suspicious activity in that area between Thursday night and Friday morning to make contact with Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100," said a Garda spokesperson. "The Garda Confidential line may be contacted on 1800 666 111."
