Fresh plans have been lodged for the addition of six new houses to an estate in Letterkenny.
Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for a development at the Cruach Na Cille estate in Ballyraine.
The application, in the name of Theresa Tinney, seeks permission for the construction of six two-story dwellings, all associated site works and connection to the existing public services.
Previously in 2015, permission was given to another applicant for modifications to the housing development, including the construction of dwellings on six specified sites within the estate.
Donegal County Council say a decision on the application is due on May 25, 2023.
