Plans have been lodged for construction of a housing development at Killylastin, Letterkenny.
The application by Declan Bourke and Karen McLaughlin was lodged with Donegal County Council on January 30. It is for the development of nine residential units to include eight semi-detached dwellings and one detached dwelling.
Development of an internal access roadway, pedestrian footpaths, open space and boundary treatments, connection to all main services and associated site development is also included.
