Luke McAteer and Dylan Browne McMonagle both took wins at the Curragh Derby Festival over the weekend.

The pair had multiple rides at the Kildare race track and they picked up back-to-back wins on Sunday's meeting.

McAteer had a good start on the Friday, with a 25/1 winner on She's A Nation for trainer Rory Devine.

A comfortable win, McAteer and She's A Nation stormed to victory, winning by five lengths.

Letterkenny man Browne McMonagle got his first win of the three days on Saturday, backing up the favouritism on Trustyourinstinct in the one mile two furlong Group 3 race.

On the 4/9 favourite for trainer Joseph O'Brien, Browne McMonagle took the win on the five-year-old by three and a half lengths.

But Browne McMonagle didn't have long to wait to pick up a second winner for the weekend, as he guided 2/1 favourite Vespertilio to victory in the Listed Stakes 35 minutes later.
