The world-famous Claret Jug arrives at Letterkenny Golf Club for an exclusive photo opportunity on Saturday at 10:30am.

The Golf Champion Trophy, commonly known as the Claret Jug, is the trophy presented to the winner of The Open Championship, one of the four major championships in golf.

Xander Schauffele shot a final-round 65 to win his second major championship, two strokes ahead of Justin Rose and 54-hole leader Billy Horschel last year. This is a unique and prestigious opportunity for members, local golf enthusiasts, and the wider community to witness this legendary piece of sporting history up close.
