A powerful St Eunan’s side, who had some of their county stars on board, easily overcame a decimated Aodh Ruadh who had 14 men at Fr Tierney Park.
St Eunans completed the League season with a comprehensive first 30-minute display to finish their league season unbeaten.
Kevin Kealy showcased their attitude by finishing to the net in the first minute. Kevin would finish the half with 2-1 and both goals were quality finishes after surging through the middle and striking low to the net.
Cathal O Brien and Kieran Larkin were also impressive with long-range points and each finished the half with four points.
The Forde brothers, Gavin and Russell were constantly lively and scored two points each. The game was essentially over as a contest at half time with the score 2-16 to 0-2, with David Breen responding for an Aodh Ruadh side who fielded four eighteen year-olds.
The second half was a chance for 'Eunans to run their bench.
