Donegal star Peadar Mogan has been shortlisted for the PwC GAA/GPA Player of the Month award for May.

Fresh from his GAA.ie Footballer of the Week award a few days ago, he has been nominated alongside Galway’s Damien Comer and Louth’s Graig Lennon as one of the three best performers for the month of May.

Following his man of the match performance in the win over Tyrone last Saturday, the St Naul’s man was nominated for Footballer of the Week along with Armagh’s Rory Grugan and Louth’s Craig Lennon with the Donegal star receiving 4,126 votes on the GAA’s Official Instagram page making him the clear winner.

Mogan was also named Footballer of the Week after his Ulster Final performance which helped Donegal to a first provincial success in five years.

Donegal star and Kilcar native Ryan McHugh took the award for Footballer of the Month for April.
