Martin McHugh and Anthony Molloy were All-Ireland winners with Donegal in 1992
Donegal County Committee tonight ratified a committee to interview interested candidates for the position of our County Football manager.
Donegal are on the look-out for a new boss since Aidan O'Rourke stepped aside last month, following their exit in the All-Ireland preliminary quarter-finals.
O'Rourke succeeded Paddy Carr, who left the role following six matches in the Allianz League Division 1, from which Donegal were eventually relegated.
"The Committee will include Fergus McGee, County Chairman; Declan Martin, Rúnaí; Martin McHugh, Anthony Molloy and Anthony Doogan," the Donegal County Board said this evening. "There have been nine expressions s of interest in the position."
Carr took over from Declan Bonner, who won two Ulster SFC titles in his second term as manager, between 2018 and 2022.
