Sr Kathleen (Philomena) Gallagher DC, Falcarragh and Dublin
The death has taken place of Sr Kathleen (Philomena) Gallagher, Daughters of Charity, Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin and late of Derryreel, Falcarragh. She passed away peacefully in the loving care and presence of the Sisters and staff of the Daughters of Charity, Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf.
Predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Bridget Gallagher, her Sister Gracie(Seamus), her niece Marie, and grandnephew Brian, she is deeply regretted by her sisters Anne (Willie deceased), Rosie (Willie deceased), and Bridget (Joe deceased), brothers Frank and Mary, James and Christine, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, the Community of the Daughters of Charity extended family, relatives, and friends.
Her remains are reposing at St Catherine’s Provincial House, Blackrock, A94P2K3 from 3.30pm on Sunday with Prayers at 5 pm.
Funeral Mass Monday at St Catherine’s at 10.30 am which may be viewed here
Her remains will then repose at her brother Frank’s home Derryreel, Falcarragh F92 WR82, on Monday 7pm to 10 pm and Tuesday from 12 noon to 9pm with Rosary at 9 pm both nights.
Burial will follow 11am Mass on Wednesday.
Ailis Mairead Malone, Stranorlar and Offaly
The death has taken place of Ailis Mairead Malone, née McMullin, Coolfin, Banagher, County Offaly and formerly of Camas, Washington, USA and Stranorlar. Ailis died peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her loving husband David, her parents Carmel and Vincent, brothers, Ernan and Eunan, sisters Marie and Patricia, she will be forever remembered by her loving daughters and sons, Petria, Kevin, Sean and Steven, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, seven grandchildren, nephews, nieces and friends.
Her remains are reposing at her home Coolfin, Banagher, R42 CX26 on Sunday from 3pm until 5pm.
Removal on Monday from her home to St Rynagh’s Church, Banagher arriving for Mass at 11am. Private cremation will take place afterwards. Her ashes will rest alongside her husband at Camas Cemetery, Camas, WA. Mass will be broadcast at www.cloghanbanagherparish.ie and on Church Radio 106.6 FM
In lieu of flowers, donations if desired, may be made to the Irish Cancer Society Palliative Care Night Nursing Service, whose care and support were invaluable to Ailis and to her family.
Doddy McGee, Facarragh
The peaceful death has taken place of Doddy McGee Derryreel, Falcarragh surrounding by his loving family.
Predeceased by his mother Annie and cousin Michael McGee, he is sadly, missed by his loving wife Mary, daughters Mary B (Éamonn), Rosanne (Eamonn) and Margaret (Brian), grandchildren Eamonn, Shaun, Caoimhe and Odhrán and a wide circle of family and friends.
His remains are reposing at his late residence in Derryreel, Falcarragh on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm with Rosary both nights at 9pm. Family time on the morning of the funeral.

Patrick John Laverty, Galway and Stranorlar
The death has taken place of Patrick John Laverty, Clooniffe, Moycullen, Galway and formerly of Stranorlar. He passed away peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side.
He is sadly and deeply mourned and by his wife Mary (Mai) and will be forever missed by his loving daughters Helen and Ann-Marie. He was the cherished brother of Maureen and adored grandfather of Daniel, Aislinn and Ciarán. Pat will be fondly remembered by the extended Laverty and Curran family, neighbours and many friends in both Donegal and Galway.
Pat's remains will repose at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway, H91 V1K8 on Sunday from 4pm to 6pm.
Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am in St Mary's Church, Claddagh on arrival at 11am. Following Mass he will be laid to rest in Forthill cemetery, Lough Atalia Road.

John Bernard Cunningham, Killybegs and Carrick
The sudden death has occurred of John Bernard Cunningham, 73 Emerald Drive, Killybegs and formerly of Teelin, Carrick.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Roseanne, daughter Davina, brothers Con and Paddy, sister Ann, extended family and friends.
His remains are reposing at Mc Brearty's Funeral Home, Killybegs on Saturday from 2[m to 6pm.
Funeral mass on Sunday at 11am with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
Larry Gallagher, Ardara
The death has taken place of Larry Gallagher, Crannogbois, Loughros Point, Ardara. He passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and his dear friends and neighbours.
Predecased by his father Paddy, mother Mary Ellen and his sister Martina and brothers-in-law Lander and Pat, he is sadly missed by his loving sisters Geraldine Catherine (Cormac) Diane Teresa (Brendan), nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing of his remains continues at his residence F94PY16 (Friday) on Saturday from 2pm to 10pm.
Funeral from there on Sunday morning to the Church of The Holy Family Ardara for 11am Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Eileen Donnelly, Muff and Louth
The death has taken place of Eileen Donnelly, née Woods, of Warrenview Manor, Muff, formerly of Oakland Park, Dundalk, County Louth. Eileen passed away peacefully in Carndonagh Community Hospital.
She is predeceased by her loving husband Peter, daughter Anne, grandson Ronan, and son-in-law David. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Cecilia, Marie and Ursula, son-in-law Anthony and fondly loved by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, neighbours and friends.
Reposing of Eileen’s remains continues at Warrenview Manor, Muff, F93 C938, from 11am to 10pm on Saturday.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Church, Muff, F93 TF24 on Sunday at 11.30am with burial afterwards in Brid-a-Crin Cemetery, Dundalk, A91 W308.
Neil McDaid, Kilmacrennan and England
The death has taken place of Neil McDaid, Nottingham, England and formerly of Skerry, Kilmacrennan.
Deeply regretted by his brothers James and Hugh, sisters Kathleen and Susan, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Neil and Mary, brother Patrick and sisters Bridget, Sarah and Mary Ellen.
His remains are reposing at the residence of his brother Hugh Mc Daid, Skerry, Kilmacrennan, F92 YD32 on from 11am.
Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11am in St Columba’s Church, Kilmacrennan. Burial will take place afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Mass can be viewed on Church Services TV St Columba’s Church Kilmacrennan.
Joe Mc Auley, Letteracaward and Tyrone
The death has taken place at his home of Joe Mc Auley, 7 Patrick Street, Strabane and formerly of Lettermacaward.
Beloved husband of Breige, much loved father of Joseph, Brian, Vincent, Maeve, Kieran, Rosemary, Jim, Dermot, Margaret, Michael and Judy and brother of Patsy, Nora and the late Mary, Sadie, Anna, Leo, Tony, Michael and Jim. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother, sister and family circle.
Funeral leaving Quigley`s Funeral Home on Saturday 7pm to the Sacred Heart Church, Derry Road, Strabane.
