The following deaths have taken place:

- James Parke, Glenmaquin

- Mary O'Brien, Ballintra

- Kevin O’Kane, Doneyloop

- Margaret Ann Bowers (née Feeney), Ballintra

James Parke, Glenmaquin

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of James (Jim) Parke, Glenmaquin, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal F92 RX84.

Dearly loved husband of Margaret and beloved father of Andrew, Stephen, Hazel (Darren), Melissa (Barry). Devoted Granda to Harry, Glen, Jake, Hugo and Bobby.

Predeceased by his brother John and sister May.

Jim will be sadly missed by his brothers Billy and Roy, sisters Elizabeth, Mabel and Tilly.

Remains reposing at his late residence today Monday, June 2 from 7pm until 11pm and on Tuesday, June 3 from 11am until 11pm.

Funeral from his late residence on Wednesday, June 4 at 12.15pm for 1pm Service of Thanksgiving in St Eunans Cathedral, Raphoe with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Family time on the morning of the funeral.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to The Stroke Unit, Letterkenny University Hospital and St Eunan’s Cathedral Raphoe, care of any family member or Terence Mc Clintock, Funeral Director.

Mary O'Brien, Ballintra

The death has occurred of Mary O'Brien (née Brennan) Derries, Ballintra, Donegal, F94 R2W9 and formerly of Ardfarna, Bundoran.

Mary passed away in Sligo University Hospital in her 62nd year  following a long battle with illness.

Predeceased by her parents, Annie (Nancy) and Patrick (Paddy) Brennan, siblings; brothers, Paddy, Kieran, Andy and James O'Brien (grandson)

Mary will be forever missed by her dear husband, Martin, her sons, James (Alison), Thomas (Tracey) and her daughters, Anna (Stephen), Theresa (Dylan) and  Francess (Shane)

She will be cherished by her grandchildren, Katie, Sophie, Jay, Lexi, Conor, Lucas, Méabh, Ella & Dylan.

Sadly missed by her sisters & brothers of the Brennan Family, Kevin, Josephine, Bernadette, Declan, Eileen, Noel, Mick, Vincent, Martin, Ann, Gerry, Sean, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces & nephews.

Reposing at her late residence in the Derries, Ballintra, (F94 R2W9) on Wednesday from 12pm until 9pm.

Please note a one way traffic system will be operational to the wake house on Wednesday, with entry via Ballintra village at the Bay Bush Bar. Please continue to follow the signs to complete the loop on exiting. Parking will be available in Kerrigan's Haulage Yard, adjacent to the wakehouse.

Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am in St Brigid's Church, Ballintra, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Family home strictly private on the morning of the funeral please.

Mary's funeral mass will be streamed live on www.churchservices.tv/ballintra.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Croí Centre, Galway. 

Kevin O’Kane, Doneyloop

The death has occurred of Kevin O’Kane Doneyloop.

He passed away peacefully in Watford, England, on May 28.

Loving brother of Teresa (Gillespie), Hugo, Noel, Brendan and the late Seamus, cherished son of the late Mary-Jane and Michael.

Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by his entire family circle and many good friends.

Funeral arrangements to be confirmed later.

Margaret Ann Bowers (née Feeney), Ballintra

The death has occurred of Margaret Ann Bowers (née Feeney) of Chesterfield, UK and formerly of Ballintra. She passed away peacefully in the care of the staff of Ashgate House Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by the parents, Michael and Kathleen, brothers, Aidan and Michéal, sister Mary and son-in-law, Richard.

Sadly missed by her devoted husband Geoff, her beloved daughter, Grainne, granddaughters, Ciara and Aoife, sister Kay, brother Padraig, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
