The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Margaret Cunniffe, High Glen, Carrigart.
Removal from the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny at 7pm this evening, Friday, May 30, going to her late residence.
Funeral from there on Sunday June 1, going to the Church of St John the Baptist for Mass at 11.30am, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
Gretta Maxwell, Convoy
The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Gretta Maxwell, Carrickbrack, Convoy, F93 HN30. Predeceased by her late husband Joe, Beloved mother of daughter Lynn (Kenny), son’s Ian and Noel (Allison). Devoted grandmother of Thomas, Emily and Andrew.
Remains reposing at her home.
Funeral leaving her late residence on Sunday, June 1 at 1.30p.m for 2pm Service of Thanksgiving in Carnone Presbyterian Church with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Jackie McMullin, Donegal Town
The death has occurred of Jackie McMullin, Ardeskin, Donegal Town.
He passed away suddenly in Donegal Community Hospital.
Sadly missed by his sister Ellie, nieces and nephews, Henry, Jason and extended family.
Jackie’s remains will repose at his late residence in Ardeskin Friday, May 30 from 5pm to 9pm and Saturday, May 31 from 2pm until 7pm.
Jackie’s remains will leave his late residence at 11am on Sunday for requiem Mass at 11:30am in St Patrick’s Church, Donegal Town with burial immediately afterwards in Clar graveyard.

Ina Hegarty, Dunkineely
The death has occurred of Ina Hegarty of Ballymagowan, Dunkineely.
She passed away peacefully in the caring hands of the Harbour Lights Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her husband Connie, sadly missed by her Son Paul (Kathleen), her Daughter Catriona, her adoring Grandchildren Conal and Caomhan, extended family, good neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her residence on Friday from 3pm to 9pm. Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of Saint Joseph and Saint Conal, Bruckless for funeral Mass at 11 am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Marie Byrne, Killybegs
The death has occurred of Marie Byrne (Dorrian), Main Street, Killybegs.
Predeceased by her loving husband Tommy.
Sadly missed by her daughters Caitriona (Pauric) and Sinead (Bryan), her adored grandchildren Corey, Jessica, Ayda, Christian, and Tommy, sister Noreen, brothers Pat, Thomas, Kevin, Noel, and Stephen, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in her daughter Caitriona’s home at Church Road, Killybegs (F94P2Y0) on Friday, May 30 from 11am to 9pm.
Funeral Mass on Saturday, May 31 at 11am in St Mary of the Visitation Church, Killybegs, with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

James Russell, Churchill
The death has taken place of James Russell, Dreenagh, Ballyheigue, Co Kerry, V92W8D2, and formerly of Churchill, Letterkenny, Co Donegal on May 29, in the wonderful care of the Palliative care team at Kerry University Hospital.
Predeceased by his parents Jim and Nora Russell, brother Charlie, sister Elma, and brother-in-law Alex. Beloved father of Marie and son-in-law Shane. Loving grandad (Dano) of Charlie and Callum.
He will be sadly missed by his partner Kathleen, brother John, sisters Ruth, Sandra & Louise, his step-children Christina, Michelle, Laura & Mark, extended family, neighboursand many friends.
James will repose at his daughter Marie & son-in-law Shane’s Home, Dreenagh, Ballyheigue, V92 W8D2, Friday, May 30 from 3 pm to 10 pm, where all are welcome to pay your respects. House private, please, at all other times.
The funeral cortege will pass through Ballyheigue Village on Saturday, May 31 at approximately 11 am, followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium at 2 pm.

Lizzie Williams, Letterkenny
The peaceful death has taken place on Wednesday, May 28 at The Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny of Lizzie Williams, née Larkin, Fortwell Place, Lower Main Street, Letterkenny and formerly from 108 Lower Main Street, Letterkenny.
Deeply missed by her brother Frank Larkin and sisters Loretto Flaherty, Lelia Colfer, and Josephine McHugh (USA), nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, and a wide circle of family, friends, and neighbours.
Lizzie is predeceased by her husband Mel Williams, goddaughter Geraldine Breen née Larkin, sisters Barbara Larkin, Annette Gallagher, Margaret Salih, Bobbie Smith, and Yvonne McGranaghan, brothers Gabriel, James, and Alec, and her parents Frank and Cis.
Lizzie’s remains will repose at The Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny F92 XE35 on Friday, May 30 from 4pm with removal at 5.45pm to St Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny to repose overnight.
Requiem Mass there on Saturday, May 31 at 11am, which can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny. Interment afterwards in Conwal Cemetery.

Margaret Ann Bowers (née Feeney), Ballintra
The death has occurred of Margaret Ann Bowers (née Feeney) of Chesterfield, UK and formerly of Ballintra. She passed away peacefully in the care of the staff of Ashgate House Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by the parents, Michael and Kathleen, brothers, Aidan and Michéal, sister Mary and son-in-law, Richard.
Sadly missed by her devoted husband Geoff, her beloved daughter, Grainne, granddaughters, Ciara and Aoife, sister Kay, brother Padraig, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
