Karl O’Donnell, Portnoo
The death has occurred of Karl O’Donnell , Motherwell, Glasgow and formerly Cashelgolan Clooney, Portnoo.
Karl will be sadly missed by his wife Gillian and Son Jude, mother Monica, father Michael (Susan), brother Declan (Sue) and sisters Geraldine (Johnny), Gemma and Tracey, all his nieces and nephews who loved him dearly, extended family and friends.
Karl’s will repose at his home in Motherwell, Glasgow ML14BD on Thursday. Everyone welcome.
Funeral Mass on Friday at 9.30am in St John Bosco’s Catholic Church, 91 Jerviston Street, New Stevenston, Motherwell, Glasgow ML14JS, followed by cremation in Holytown Crematorium, Motherwell ML15RU
Karl’s sshes will repose in St Connells Church, Glenties, on Sunday, September 8 for Requiem Mass at 11am. Mass can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/glenties
Kay Doyle, Castlefin and Kilkenny
The death has taken place of Kay Doyle, née Anderson, Rathpatrick, Crosspatrick, County Kilkenny and formerly Meen Lougher, Castlefin. She passed away peacefully at Acorn Lodge Nursing Home, Cashel, surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her husband Michael, her parents and brothers and sisters, Kay is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, daughters Carina, Geraldine (Geri), Ùna, Colette and Belinda, sons-in-law David, Mike and Troels, grandchildren Charlotte, Matthew, Mae, Millie, Shane, Emily, Sonny, Lily and Dara, great-grandchild Lewis, sister Phylis, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, close neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Her remains are reposing at home in Rathpatrick, Crosspatrick, E41 YA07 on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm.
Removal on Thursday morning to St Michael's Church, Crosspatrick arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am with interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Patrick Keown, Ballyshannon and Mayo
The death has taken place of former member of An Garda Síochana, Patrick Keown, Ballyhaunis Road, Claremorris, Mayo and formerly of Erne Street, Ballyshannon. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at home following a short illness.
Patrick will be forever loved and sadly missed by his loving wife Frances, adored daughter Cathy, sons Desmond and Nigel, daughters-in-law Mary and Cecelia, son-in-law Brian, grandchildren Gillian, Andrew, Megan, Evan, Conor and Eva. He will be sadly missed by his sister Mary, brothers-in-law Brendan, Michael and Freddie, sisters-in-law Carmel, Betty and Ann, wider family, friends, neighbours and former colleagues of An Garda Siochana.
His remains are reposing at Gilligan's Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris, F12YP74 on Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm. House private please.
Removal from his residence on Thursday at 12 noon to St Colman's Church, Claremorris for funeral Mass for the repose of his soul at 1pm. Burial will take place afterwards in St Colman’s Cemetery.

Thomas Wilson, St Johnston
The sudden death has taken place at his home of Thomas Wilson, Gillistown, St Johnston and formerly of Cavanacaw, St Johnston.
Much loved father of Orlagh and Declan, beloved son of Ina and the late Joe Wilson and brother of Mary, Edel, Grainne and Hugh, former husband of Christine.
His remains are reposing at his home.
Funeral leaving his home on Thursday at 10.20am for Requiem Mass in St Baithin’s Church, St Johnston at 11am. Interment will take place afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Liam Begley, Milford
The sudden death has taken place of Liam Begley, Glenalla, Milford, F92 Y803.
Sadly missed by his loving mother Mary, sisters Noreen, Ann, Pauline and Deirdre, brothers Neil and Mark, brother in-law Philip, sisters-in-law Naomi and Mairead, nieces Emma and Maggie, nephews Christopher, Jack, Dáire and Charlie, uncles, aunts, extended family, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by his father Willie.
His remains are reposing at his home. Family time on the morning of the funeral.

Peter McClintock, Raphoe
The sudden death has taken place of Peter McClintock, 1 Beechwood Avenue, Raphoe F93F9D0.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his fiancée Roisin, mother Betty, son Kieran (Margaret), brothers William (Charlene), David (Sandra), sisters Mary (Derek), June (Ed), grandchildren Daniel and Anna Rose, nieces, nephews and wider family circle.
Peter’s remains will repose at his home. Family time please from 10pm to 11am and on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral service at his home on Wednesday at 2pm followed by burial in Ballindrait Presbyterian Church graveyard.

Mary O'Shea, Bridgetown
The death has taken place peacefully, in the wonderful care of the amazing staff at the Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny, surrounded by her heartbroken children, of Mary O'Shea, née Gallagher, Bridgetown, Laghey, Donegal, F94E8X3
Deeply regretted by her loving daughters, Julie (Emmett), Lola, Sheena (Niamh) and by her loving son, Patrick, her grandsons, Cián, Sé, Iarla, Ryan and Rory.
Reposal of her remains continues at the family home on Tuesday from 4pm until 9pm. House private to close friends and neighbours.
Removal on Wednesday morning to St Brigid's Church, Ballintra for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Mary's Funeral Mass may be viewed online on www.churchservices.tv/ballintra

Thomas Doherty, Stranorlar and Scotland
The death has occurred at St Andrew's Hospice of Thomas Doherty, formerly of Drumboe Lower, Stranorlar, and late of Gilmourton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland.
Beloved husband of Lorna, father of son Callum and daughter Eilidh, son of Paddy and Toni Doherty, cherished brother of Gerard (Jacqueline), Elizabeth (Stephen), and Stephen (Katie). Deeply regretted and sadly missed by brother-in-law Scott, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, extended family, neighbours, work colleagues and friends.
Thomas’s remains are reposing at Strathaven Funeralcare, 54 Waterside St, Strathaven ML10 6AW on Tuesday from 4pm until 8pm. Family time on the morning of the funeral please.
Funeral service will be at 10am on Wednesday at The Epicentre, Townhead St, Strathaven ML10 6DJ followed by burial at 12pm at Glebe Cemetery, Manse Rd, Stonehouse, Larkhall ML9, Manse Rd.
The family will gather at the Radstone Hotel, 3 Ayr Rd, Shawsburn, Larkhall ML9 2TZ after the burial.
