Jack Lavin (Retired Garda Sergeant) and late of Swinford, Co Mayo, August 3, peacefully at his home.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Lorna, family Desmond, Irene, Niamh, Lorna Mairéad and Michael, sons-in-law Ciarán O’Driscoll and Michael Ryan, daughters-in-law Maryanne and Frances, grandchildren Michael Kenneth, Ciarán, Jack, David, James, Seán, Patrick, Eilís, Tara and Anna, sisters-in-law Kathleen, Sr. Irene and Sr. Claire, brothers in law Fr. Desmond, Raymond and Alan, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his brother Michael and sisters Mary and Nancy.

Reposing at his home from 1pm on Monday August 5 and Tuesday August 6. Requiem mass on Wednesday August 7th at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church, Crossroads, Killygordon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Mass can be viewed on St. Patrick’s Church, Crossroads, Killygordon Facebook Page. Family time on the morning of the funeral. Family flowers only. Deeply regretted by his sisters Rosaleen and Annie, nieces Mary and Siobhan, nephews Declan, Stephen and Diarmuid, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at the residence of his niece Mary Grumley, Aughnish Road, Ramelton, F92 H2R8, tomorrow, Sunday, August 4, from 3pm until 10pm. Funeral mass on Monday, August 5th at 11am in St Mary’s Church, Ramelton. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Mary Curran (née Harkin), Gweedore
The peaceful death has taken place of Mary Curran (née Harkin), Curransport, Meenlaragh.

Surrounded by her loving family, predeceased by her husband Eddie(Ned) her parents Bridget and Joe, her brothers Myles, Owenie, Charlie, Philip and Joe and her sister Sarah, sadly missed by children Frances, Joe, John and Sarah, son in law Martin, daughters in law Leana and Claire, grandchildren Ciaràn, Niamh, Conor, Michael, Alannah, Niall, Aaron. Seva and Seosa, in-laws, nephews, nieces, neighbours and all her dear friends.

Mary’s remains will repose at her daughter Sarah’s residence at Aughnagaddy Glebe, Ramelton F92DK3H. wake commences on Sunday, August 4, and Monday 5 at 12 noon to 9pm. Funeral from there on Tuesday August 6, going to St Colmcilles church, Cnoc Fola for 12 noon requiem mass travelling via Dunlewey, Fanaboy and Magheroarty with burial afterwards in the adjacent Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Áras Uì Dhomhnaill Nuusing home Milford care of any family member. House private please from 9pm-12 noon and on the morning of the funeral. Rosary both nights at 8.00pm.

Noel Madden - Kinlough, Co Leitrim, formerly, Bridge Bar, Bundoran, and Ballycastle, Co Mayo

Noel passed away at home peacefully in the presence of his loving wife and family.

Beloved husband of Mary (nee McGloin) and dear father of Colette (Willie), Declan (Gillian), Josephine (Brendan), Nicholas (Joanne) and Teresa (Cormac) and much loved grandfather of Íarom, Oisín, Íde, Noel, Joe, Indie, Oscar and John. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, family, brothers PJ and Sean and sister Mary, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at his home at 6 Melvin Fields, Kinlough, Co Leitrim, F91 P6Y1 on Sunday, August 4, 2pm to 8pm. House private on Monday with removal to St. Aidan’s Church, Kinlough for Funeral Mass at 1pm with burial afterwards in St. Aidan’s Cemetery, Kinlough.

Anthony (Tony) Sheridan - Derry City, Rathmullan
Anthony (Tony) Sheridan, 3 Kingsfort Crescent, Derry, BT48 7TB, formerly Rathmullan, Co. Donegal, August 2, suddenly at his home.

Beloved husband of Terry, loving father of Mark, Gemma, Stephen and Kathryn, dear father-in-law of Claire, Stephen, Emma and John, adored grandfather of Beth, Jude, Rose, Lucas, Darcy and Isla, dear brother of Jim, Josie, Paddy, Mary, Bridget and Bernie. Anthony will by sadly missed by all his family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at his home in 3 Kingsfort Crescent on Sunday, August 4, from 2pm until 8pm and on Monday, August 5, from 2pm until 8pm.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Robert. Dearly loved mother of Sandra (Michael), Helen (Gregory), Mervyn (Caroline), Lynda (James), Alan (Marie), Karen (Albert), Samantha (Paul), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Veronica Gallagher, Donegal Town
The death has occurred of Veronica Gallagher, 11 Farmleigh Park, Ardeskin, formerly of 321 St Josephs Avenue, Donegal Town, and Dibbin.

Loved and dearly missed by her siblings Mary (Sean), Anne (John RIP), Josie, Patricia (Michael), Carmel (John) and Tony (Martina), nieces and nephews and all extended family.

The death has occurred in the loving care of the Donegal Hospice of Dessie Rowan, 42, Tara Court Letterkenny (F92 XHN8) formerly Marine Drive, Killybegs. 

The retired accountant is Predeceased by his parents Pat and Patsy.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Anna Marie, son Chris (Joanne), grandsons Charlie and Cillian, sisters Patricia Dowd, Terry Bruce, Glenda Cunningham (Killybegs), and brother Denis (Killybegs), extended family and many friends.

The sudden death has taken place of Martin Quinn, Meenagorey, Buncrana. Martin’s remains will repose at his late residence. House Private Please from 11pm to 11am.
