The following deaths have occurred:

Terry Tinney, London and Castlefinn

Thomas Russell, Doon Glebe, Newmills, Letterkenny

The death has occurred of Thomas Russell, Doon Glebe, Newmills, Letterkenny.

Funeral service on Monday, June 5, in Conwall Parish Church at 2pm with burial afterwards in the family plot, Gortlee.

House strictly private to family only.

Bríd Haughey, (née Maloney), Faugher, Glencolmcille and formerly of Maghara, Ardara

The death has occurred of Bríd Haughey, (née Maloney), Faugher, Glencolmcille and formerly of Maghara, Ardara.She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, in the care of the staff in The Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny, after a short illness.
 
Predeceased by her parents Danny and Mary Maloney (née O’Donnell) brother Joseph (in infancy) and brother Charlie Maloney. Sadly missed by her husband Neil Haughey, children Áine, Ailish and Eóin, grandchildren Flinn, Caragh and Éabha.
Sister Anne Maloney, brothers Dónal, James, Hugh, and Packie, mother-in-law Tina Haughey, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
 
Her family would like to thank the staff of Letterkenny University Hospital and Donegal Hospice for the care and comfort given in her last few weeks.
 
Remains reposing at Shovlin’s Funeral Home, Sandfield, Ardara, (F94 N923) from 1pm – 5.45pm today, Sunday, June 4 with removal to St Columba’s Church, Cashel, Glencolmcille via Maghara to arrive for 7.30pm to repose overnight.

Funeral Mass on Monday at 1pm followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The Funeral Mass will be streamlined by: www.mcnmedia.tv/ Camera/st-columbas- glencolmcille

Peadar Conaghan, Gortahork

The death has taken place, in Letterkenny University Hospital, of Peadar Conaghan, Meenlaragh, Gortahork F92 W2V5. Predeceased by his parents John and Margaret, his brothers John, Patrick, James, Hughie, Denis, Joe and Fr Michael, sisters Rose, Mary, Margaret and Breid. Survived by wife Mary, sons John and Paul, daughters Angela and Michelle, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws and circle of family and friends.

Remains reposing at his late residence. Rosary at 8pm. Funeral from there on Sunday, June 4 for 11am Requiem Mass in Christ the King Church, Gortahork, with burial afterwards in the adjacent cemetery. Funeral Mass can viewed live on https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/christ-the-king-gortahork.

Bridie Doherty, Buncrana
 
The death has taken place in Nazareth House, Fahan, of Bridie Doherty (Fogey), Ardravan, Buncrana. Dear wife of the late Phil, beloved mother of daughter Ann, sons Patrick Joe, Philip and Stephen son-in-law Patrick, daughters-in-law Liz, Pauline and Joanne grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 
Remains reposing at her late residence. Funeral from there on Sunday, June 4 to St Mary’s Church, Cockhill, for Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private from 10pm to 10am, please. Family flowers only please donations if desired to Buncrana Nursing unit patients care fund c/o any family member or McLaughlin & McLaughlin funeral directors. Bridget Logue, Muff

The death has taken place of Bridget (Bridgeen) Logue, Craig, Muff. Beloved mother of Donald and mother-in-law of Madeline.
Funeral from her home on Sunday, June 4 at 3pm for 3.30pm Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Muff.
Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 9 pm to 12 noon.

Terry Tinney, London and Castlefinn 

The death has occurred of Terry Tinney, London and Castlefinn. He passed away peacefully early on Saturday morning, May 27 in London, England. 

Predeceased by Christy and Seamus, Terry will be sorely and deeply missed by his wife Jean, children, Dean, Jason and Kirsty, grandchildren, Orla, Erin, Trafford and Winter, brothers, Anthony and Laurence, sister in-laws, Doreen and Sylvia, son and daughter in-laws, Daniel and Rachel and many nieces, nephews and friends. 

His Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, June 23 at 10am, in St Aidan’s Catholic Church in East Acton, London. Followed by burial at Mortlake Cemetery.
