Martin Houston, Letterkenny 

The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Martin Houston; 30, Ard Colmcille, Letterkenny F92 P9XH.

Predeceased by his wife, Doreen (née O’Donnell, Main Street, Ardara). Deeply regretted by his sons, Paul (Fred) and his wife Clare (Newmills), Martin (Marty) and his wife Debbie (Milford), grandchildren, Maria, Paula, Karen, Caoimhe, Meabh and Conor, in-laws, family, relatives and friends.

His remains will repose at his late residence on Wednesday from 11am to 9pm with Rosary on both nights at 9pm.

Funeral from there on Thursday going to St Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the family plot in Conwal Cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed live at: www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny

Brendan McCrossan, Manorcunningham and Manchester

The death has taken place in Manchester, England of Brendan McCrossan, formerly of Corkey, Manorcunningham.

Sadly missed by his wife, Mary, daughters Bernadette, Shelia and Claire, grandchildren, sons-in-law, brothers, sisters and extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday in St Winifred’s Church, Stopckport, Manchester at 11am followed by burial immediately afterwards.

Maureen Reynolds, London and Rossnowlagh 

The death has occurred peacefully of Maureen Reynolds, Leytonstone London, and formerly of Cashel Rossnowlagh.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at the Franciscan Friary Rossnowlagh at 2pm.

Michael Orr, Redcastle 

The death has taken place of Michael Orr, 132 The Cottages, Redcastle.

Michael will be sadly missed by his brother Pat, sisters Jane, Kathleen, Mary and Aggie his nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

His remains are reposing at his late residence on Wednesday from 11am to 10pm. 

The Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday morning at 11am in St Columba’s Church, Drung, Quigley’s Point followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. It can be viewed live at www.stcolumbasdrung.net

Willie Perry, Convoy
 
The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of William David Perry (Willie) Magheracorn, Convoy.

Much loved husband of Muriel, beloved father of Glenn and the late Ruth, daughter-in-law Denise, and grandchildren Ella, George and Niamh.

His remains will repose at his late home.

Funeral leaving from there on Thursday at 12.30pm for 2pm funeral service in the Presbyterian Church, Donegal Town, followed by burial in the Glebe Cemetery.

Brian Whitelaw, Donegal Town and Westmeath

The death has occurred peacefully at home of Brian Whitelaw, Summerhill, Donegal Town F94 TPX and formerly of 53 Oliver Plunkett Street, Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

Beloved son of the late John and Helen Whitelaw, and brother of the late John and Matt. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his loving family, his brothers Paddy, Derry, Martin and Paul, his sisters Mary, Ann and Helen, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and all his many relatives, neighbours and friends.

Removal from his home on Wednesday afternoon at 2pm to arrive at Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan H12RF78 for Civil Funeral Service at 4pm followed by cremation. The funeral service can be viewed live at www.churchservices.tv/lakelands 

John (Eddie) McGlynn, Fintown 

The death has occurred in St Joseph's Hospital, Stranorlar.of John (Eddie) McGlynn, 4 Ard Colmcille Fintown, F94 N6K8.

Predeceased by his parents Eddie and Annie McGlynn. His sister Kathleen Carr, and brother Hughie McGlynn. He is survived by his wife Gráinne, his son Joseph and partner Amy; his sister Madge (Glasgow), and brothers James (Dublin) and Eddie (Grimbsy).

The death has taken place in Dungloe Community Hospital of Sheila McKelvey (née Coyle), Mollyroe, Doochary, originally from Cnoc Fola, Gaoth Dobhair.

She is sadly missed by her sons Anthony and Shaun, daughter Sadie, sister Bríd (Coll); brother Dan; grandchildren John Paul, Shauna, Lucas and Keelan and extended family and friends.

Chris Lowther, Donegal Town 

The death has occurred eacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital of Chris Lowther, Doonan, Donegal Town. 

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Nuala, sons Stefan (Sue) and Matthew (Jackie) and daughter Samantha, and adored grandchildren, Callum, Josh, Eve, Dylan, Sarah and Jamie.

Fr Gerald Anthony Hicks, Ballyshannon

The death has occurred eacefully at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice, Glasgow, surrounded by his loving family and Franciscan Friarsof Fr Gerald Anthony Hicks O.F.M conv Franciscan Friary Manchester. 

Predeceased by his parents Christopher Hicks and Bridget Hicks (Doherty) formerly East Rock, Ballyshannon, brothers and sisters Michael, Margaret, Christopher and Patrick, Sadly missed by his brother Kenneth and sister Barbara, loved by his nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and all extended family, friend and the Franciscan Community.

PJ Dunleavy, Donegal Town

The death has occurred peacefully at the Donegal Hospice, of PJ Dunleavy, 13 O’Cleirigh Avenue, Donegal Town.

Predeceased by his parents, Pat James and Anna Marie, and his brother Rory, he is deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sister Marina (Pauric), his brothers, Dermot (Edel), Gary (Emer), nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Removal from his sister Marina’s residence, Glencoagh, Mountcharles on Wednesday, going to St Mary’s Church, Killymard, for 11am Funeral Mass, with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Martin Darcy, Falcarragh and Tyrone

The death has taken place in The Mater Hospital Dublin, of Martin Darcy, Shroughan, Falcarragh, F92 RT99, originally of Drumquin, Omagh, Co Tyrone.

Predeceased by his parents Theresa and Packie, he is sadly missed by his loving wife Sheila, sons Patrick and Aaron, daughter Sharon, grandchildren Shaun Martin and Sara, sister Marie and her husband Francie McAlynn, niece Tracey, nephews Frankie and Niall, in-laws, cousins and extended family and friends.

His remains are reposing at his late residence with Rosary at 9pm. House private to family, friends and neighbours.

Roy Burke, Ballyshannon

The sudden death has occurred of Roy Burke, The Knather, Ballyshannon, F94E1E8.

He is sadly missed by his children Shannon, Ryan and their mother Helen, his beloved partner Catherine and his brother Mark and sister Denise and all his extended family and friends.

The death has taken place, at Letterkenny University Hospital, of Sean M Guinness.

Private family cremation is to take place followed with a service of thanksgiving for Sean's life on Friday, June 2  at 12 noon in St. Pius X Church, Moville.

Margaret Gilchrist, Ballykerrigan and Dunfermline 

The death has occurred of Margaret Gilchrist (née Kelly) formerly Ballykerrigan, aged 83 years with her husband and children by her side.

Sadly missed by her husband Jim and children Connie, Gary, Gilly, Paul, Carmel and Colleen, her twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
