A teenager is being treated for life-threatening injuries following a serious collision involving four vehicles in Kerry on Friday evening.

Gardaí and emergency services responded to a report of a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and three other vehicles on the N22 at Lissivigeen at around 4pm.

The motorcyclist, a male in his late teens, was brought by air ambulance to Cork University Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

No other injuries have been reported by the Gardaí at this time.
