Gardaí pull over Meath driver holding her phone and make 'alarming' discovery

The female driver was stopped by the Meath Roads Policing Unit on Tuesday
Gardaí in Meath made an "alarming" discovery after they pulled over a driver for using her phone this week.
In a post on social media, An Garda Síochana shared that gardaí on patrol in county Meath pulled in a driver "for holding her phone while driving".
"It was especially alarming for us to then learn that she had no licence to drive, no insurance, tax or NCT," the post on Twitter said.
The car was seized "on the spot" and the driver will now "have to face the consequences of their inaction", gardaí shared in a further post on Facebook.
"Please ensure that your documents such as your tax, insurance and NCT are up to date/in order before taking to the roads," they warned.
