The Traitors’ Paudie will be trading Slane Castle for The Emerald City as he hits the stage in 3Olympia Christmas panto

The Traitors Ireland star Paudie Moloney has swapped murdering to magic, landing a starring role in this year’s 3Olympia Theatre Christmas panto.

The Limerick native, who made a name for himself as one of the most memorable Traitors on season one of the hit reality series, has been announced as The Wizard of Oz in Olly Goes to Oz, a hilarious mash up of Wicked and The Wizard of Oz.

Audiences won’t see Paudie plotting in a castle this time, but instead on the stage in the iconic role of the Wizard. The show promises plenty of chaos, laughs, and magic as Dorothy gets blown in from Finglas with her dog Toto in tow.

This year’s production stars Ryan Andrews, Al Porter, Maclean Burke, and James Patrice, alongside a stellar cast , with Paudie bringing his own brand of mischief to the mix.

The only question is, will the Wizard be faithful… or a traitor?

Olly Goes to Oz opens at the 3Olympia Theatre this Christmas.
